Join Dee, a Pro-Trainer, for chair yoga!  Held in the Friendship Room from 10:30 am – 11:30 am.  No experience necessary and please wear comfortable clothing.  There is no cost for this however a donation to Westdale is greatly appreciated!  here are the alternating Tuesday and Thursday dates offered: March 31, April 9 (Henderson Hall), April 14, April, 23, and April 28 2026
