Come and check out the new Misken Law Community Complex at 271 Lansdowne St W on Wednesdays  at 10:30 am for the months of January and February.  We will meet on the track.,There is lots of parking,  and there is an elevator to the second floor.  This new facility is bright and cheerful, beat the winter blahs and add few steps to your daily total. There is also public skating offered at 11:15 am at a cost of $5.25.  So if you wish to bring a long your skates, you can get in a great workout!
