Westdale United Church along with Entente Education Canada (District 36 Peterborough) present the film “No More Silent Battles,” a documentary by Dr. Jenny Ingram.  The documentary follows the deeply personal journeys of four families dealing with dementia as they navigate a bureaucratic and confusing home care system.  It exposes the silent battles that caregivers must wage to get the help they need.  The film also illuminates paths toward more compassionate and effective care, showcasing the profound impact of specialized support, community involvement, and unwavering family love. The screening will take place in the Sanctuary on September 30 at 2:00 pm.  The screening will be followed with a Q & A with Dr. Jenny Ingram
